There have been a few orange scooters blocking the sidewalk in front of the 2227 building recently. As an able-bodied person, I am able to walk around them, but they make it so that people who use mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) are not able to use this sidewalk. This is creating an accessibility issue for residents and guests. I think an easy way to solve this problem would be to ask people to turn their scooters sideways so they aren't blocking the sidewalk or ask them to park them somewhere else. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter...

We have had multiple complaints about trash being left outside of the dumpsters. To preserve our community and prevent pests and unpleasant smells, please make certain that you are discarding your trash inside of the dumpsters. We have found a build up of trash next to the dumpsters even while they are empty and this can cause issues with proper waste removal. As always we appreciate your cooperation and your help!
Please make certain that your names are clearly written on a card located within your mailbox. The USPS mail courier will not deliver your mail if your name is not within the box. We have received mail recently from unclaimed mailboxes. Please check with the office if you think you may have mail here!
