I hope everyone is having a great day! I am writing to inform you that effective immediately, our office will no longer be accepting rent checks/money orders via our 'Rent Drop Box.' Moving forward, our drop box will be intended for gate cards, signed documents and after-hour key return only.
For your convenience, rent can be paid through the following options:
1. Pay Online. You can pay your rent through your my.mckinley.com account. Your options for online payment are electronic check (also called 'ACH"), debit card, or credit card. Here are the associated fees for each method:
o Electronic Check/ACH: No fee!
o Debit Card: $4.95
o Credit Card: 2.85% of payment amount
2. Pay Your Rent by Check or Money Order at the Community Office. Visit our staff in the office to drop off your check/money order, and we are happy to provide a receipt of payment.
• Our office hours are as follows:
o Monday through Friday: 1 PM to 5 PM
o Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
3. Pay Your Rent via CheckFreePay. Use our new CheckFreePay option to pay in cash at locations such as Kroger or Walmart. There is a $3.95 fee associated with this option.
