Blocked Sidewalk

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

There have been a few orange scooters blocking the sidewalk in front of the 2227 building recently. As an able-bodied person, I am able to walk around them, but they make it so that people who use mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) are not able to use this sidewalk. This is creating an accessibility issue for residents and guests. I think an easy way to solve this problem would be to ask people to turn their scooters sideways so they aren't blocking the sidewalk or ask them to park them somewhere else. Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention! I think it is a perfect recommendation to request that residents park scooters in a way that does not block the sidewalk. This will be increasingly more important as winter sets in and the chance of snow increases. I appreciate your concern for the wellfare of your fellow residents and for our community. Mail Box Package box #2

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

I received a key in my mailbox to package box #2 to retrieve a package delivered to me. I have double checked that I am unlocking the correct box several times and have attempted many times to open the package box without success (the lock won't spin to the open position). I am unsure if the lock is frozen, needs WD40, or if the package is somehow up against the lock prohibiting it from spinning. I have the key to the package box in my apartment, any guidance would be helpful, I am not sure if you can help me or if i need to contact the US Postal Service...

Unfortunately, the USPS services the postal boxes and deals with all issues concerning it. I have contacted the USPS on your behalf to submit a work order....I will keep you posted!

Do we still live in a smoke-free complex?

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

More often than not now, I come home to the smell of marijuana in the hallways. On nights that it is super bad, I can smell it in my own apartment and no amount of opening windows or air fresheners can get rid of it. This has been going on since late summer and progressively getting worse and worse. Something needs to be done about this.

Question about E-Bills

I've noticed that when we receive our bills for rent/water/etc, there is a link on the bill to subscribe for paperless E-Bills, but when I go to the website it asks me to login to the resident portal and I am unsure exactly what information to use to login. I have tried my resident information through the complex but that does not work. Is there another way to do this? Thanks!...

People in 27-120B always park their car at Electric Only spot even their cars are not electric car. And they even park at 27-201 spot.

I have an auto pay set up to pay rent, and while we have no outstanding charges I still have not had the money withdrawn from my account but my other roommates have. I just want to ensure there are no issues with the rent payment?

Rodent problem

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

Hi! Could you please set rodent traps near the recycling area for building 2227? My car is parked adjacent to the two blue recycling bins and large item dump zone/fence. I brought my car in to get serviced and they found a large rodent nest under the hood of my car. The maintenance team does a great job keeping this place clean however, I would greatly appreciate it if they could discard of the large trash items that are stored behind the fence on a more regular basis. Thanks!
