Good Evening State Street Village Residents,
It has come to my attention, through several of your neighbors, that the issue of residents not picking up after their pets has become a serious issue. I need to remind you that per your Resident Handbook,
"Animal waste is to be picked up immediately by resident, placed in a plastic bag, and deposited into trash receptacle. Management reserves the right to fine resident $25 for each violation for removal of waste"
We have several pet stations around the Community for your convenience. It is the responsibility of everyone...

It is VERY cold this morning, currently 7 degrees! Such cold temperatures after the amount of snow we received yesterday could result in icy conditions. Please proceed carefully on bridges, steps and walks. We are putting additional salt down as needed. If you notice an area of particular concern, please let us know right away!
Safe travels this morning and I wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day!

When the temperature takes a nose-dive to 10 degrees above zero, or colder, you can help prevent frozen water pipes and breakage of water lines by doing the following:
Open all water faucets in your apartment to a steady stream of 1/8 inch or less, but not a drip . This helps to keep water moving through the...

I know that this will come as a shock to everyone, but we are expecting more snow! It will begin tonight around 7 pm and appears to taper off around 6 am for a bit, just in time for your morning commute, with 2-3 inches accumulation expected. They are then forecesting another 1-2 inches from 8 am to 10am.
Our Plan is to arrive on-site at 5 am to clear walks and bridges. I apologize in advance for additional noise during this time. Once cleared, we will put down an ample layer of salt to combat the additional snow that is expected. We anticipate to have...
