Good Afternoon Residents,
It has been brought to our attention that on several occasions over the past few weeks there has been broken glass in the parking lot. Not only does this pose a physical threat to both other residents as well as their cars, but it is also littering our community. Every resident has a responsibility to help keep the community clean and safe. Please make sure you are doing your part and put bottles in the recycling bins located throughout the community.

The entire community and surrounding neighborhoods are experiencing a power outage. DTE expects the power to be restored about 3:30 pm. In the meantime, refrain from opening your refrigerator and freezer.

Why were the 2 recycling bins removed from the back parking lot? This morning I watched Maintenance throw excess recycling that was around the recycling bins Into the garbage dumpster. This never happened when there was the other 2 recycling bins. I also noticed that another parking lot gained 2 recycling bins, as well as a stove that was laying by the garbage bin. Since Residents of Spruce Knob, and all McKinley properties, pay for trash removal, I dont understand why recycling is being thrown in the trash? I don't understand why there is not enough recycling bins, they are not that...
