What is going on?

Feedback Question for Spruce Knob

Once again the property is overloaded with trash and recyclables. The property looks like a sh*thole. What is going on? The pool is also looking disgusting? Does anyone maintain it?

Good Morning, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. During this time of year we have a lot of residents moving out and that is the cause to the added refuse over the weekend. It is a top priority of our team when they arrive Monday morning to get everything cleaned up. As for the pool, it is attended to daily during the week when our maintenance team is on-site. There was some debris from the weekend that was skimmed this morning and the chemicals are all in balance so it should be nice and clear!

Maybe we should have someone work on the weekend to maintain the grounds.

Landscaping - car CAKED in mud and grass

Feedback Problem for Spruce Knob

I found the front end of my car absolutely COVERED in mud and chunks of grass this afternoon, evidently following today's landscaping. I can assure you that I had never once taken notice of the roadside edging on the lawn - until now. I understand the desire to keep the property up to high standards in terms of landscaping and lawn care, however, if you are going to expect residents to either move their vehicles to avoid being caked in mud, or clean up the mess themselves, appropriate advance notice should be given. Please let me know how you intend on elevating this complaint through...

Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention. I am sorry to hear that this has happened and have contacted our landscapers to make sure that they understand that this is not an acceptable standard. I am hoping to discuss the issue further with you. I attempted to reach you by phone this afternoon, please give me a call back at your convenience. I look forward to hearing from you.

Pool is absolutely filthy

Feedback Problem for Spruce Knob

Hi, The swimming pool has been filthy all season but today, Saturday 8/3/19, it is unusable. The water is completely white and teeming with insects both dead and alive, and various floating debris. It's been pretty bad all season long but it's getting worse. I'd really appreciate cleaning it up and taking care of this, Thank you!...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.  I am sorry to hear this! Our maintenance team attends to the pool during the week, but unfortunately, we do not have someone on-site over the weekend. That being said, however, it is still our responsibility to maintain it every day and we will make sure that we are doing that moving forward. I appreciate you bringing issues in the Community to our attention. Have a great day!

Hi Melissa, Thanks for replying on this matter, I saw that maintenance have cleaned up the pool of floating and sedimented debris, but the water itself remains a white-greenish color and is completely opaque. This wasn't the case in previous years and it seems like something is off-balance with the pool water.
