Neighbors of Park Place Apartments,
One of my goals as your Community Manager is to provide open, proactive and consistent communications. In that light, I want to take a moment to let you know of an upcoming event at your community.

Join us TODAY in the Leasing Office at 2pm for a special resident event. Ema Stefanova, renowned yoga and meditation instructor, will be leading us thru sixty minutes of mindfulness and gentle movements.
We suggest you wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or towel, and anything else that helps you sit comfortably. We have cucumber infused water on-hand, as well as hot water for tea.
Don't miss this chance to pick up some yoga and meditation tips from Ema - She has served as a talented master teacher since 1979!!!
Due to an emergency maintenance repair, the water will be temporarily shut off in buildings 2000 - 2006. You can expect the water to return to your homes in about an hour. In the meantime, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete this emergency repair.
If you have any questions, feel free to call the office at (734) 761-1897. Again, thank you for your understanding!

Once the snow stops, we will have our maintenance team working on clearing snow from the entryway steps and stoops throughout the community. In the meantime, please use caution and call our Leasing Office at (734) 761-1897 if you notice any troublesome areas
