Also, the latches on the gates that slide down into the holes in the ground have had a couple of their screws ripped out of the wood such that the latch assemblies are dangling. I assume this happened from the latches being dragged across the pavement as the...

Residents of 2000-2006 Pauline Blvd,
It has come to our attention that, around 5:30pm, a ground transformer malfunctioned causing a power outage to your building only. We have been in touch with DTE Energy who informed us of the cause and the estimated time of restoration between 9pm - 11pm. In our experience, repairs happen much quicker than this and I hope today this proves true.
We know this comes on the heels of another outage you experienced this weekend and are very sorry for the inconvenience. If/when we receive additional info, I will keep you updated via this post...
There been a lot of fuss about cigarettes on balconies in building 2018 but it would be much appreciated if the marijuana smoker(s) in this building would at least go out there....my apartment reeks of marijuana, yet again from a neighbor.....I hate to be a stick in the mud here...but as a person in recovery is fairly bothersome. Thanks

Residents of Park Place & Hillcrest, Good evening. We regret to inform you that the community is currently experiencing intermittent power outages. These issues are directly related to the gusting winds and not an internal issue with your individual building. We are in contact with DTE Energy and they are working on a solution. However, no restoration time has been provided just yet. If you wish to receive up to the minute updates, please visit www.dteenergy.com and report an outrage for your specific address. You then have the option of receiving...

This inspection is a requirement by the Department Federal Housing and Urban Development and occurs every two years. Ultimately, these inspections ensure you are being provided quality housing.
Our plan is to call each apartment home that has been selected, as soon as our inspector provides us with the list (within the next hour). But, if you do not receive a call and wish to...
