Parking Lot Resurfacing & Striping

Residents,

Good morning! Please remember that the parking lot resurfacing and striping project begins today. The contractor is on-site and ready to get the job started; this project is going to make the lots look fantastic!

I notice a number of vehicles still parked in the areas marked for construction today. As mentioned in my previous posts and the door-tag everyone received, vehicles will be towed to another location in the community to allow for the project to be completed.

If your vehicle is parked in one of the marked areas for today, please move it...

This is a friendly reminder that we will begin work on the parking lots on Monday, 8/19/19. Please be sure that your vehicles are not parked in the areas scheduled for work, beginning at 8am. The map below will provide you with the schedule. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Leasing Office at 734-761-1897.

Reminder: vehicles parked in the areas on the days of repairs will be towed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Parking Lot Resurfacing & Striping (UPDATED DATES)

Residents of Park Place Apartments,

As mentioned in my recent announcement, this week's parking lot project was postponed until next week. The new schedule is Monday 8/19/19 through Tuesday 8/27/19 .

As a reminder, we will be resurfacing (seal coating) the parking lots throughout the entire Park Place Community & re-striping all parking spots.

Parking Lot Work: UPDATE

As some of you (probably all of you) have noticed, the work on the parking lots did not begin today as originally scheduled. Instead, this project has been pushed by one-week. The new start date is August 19th (Monday). I intend on delivering updated notices to each of you by the end of the week, which will provide you with new maps displaying the updated schedule.

Pool Closed Temporarily

As soon as this is complete, and the pool is ready for use, we will send another announcent to update you.

I Was Today Erroneously Charged A Late Fee For August

Hi Laura or David: When I moved in 5 years ago I was told that late fees for me were to be waived and would not be charged if MSHDA or my Payee checks were received late by the office. The reason I was given by the Community Manager at the time was that "Your rent payments come from third parties, so you won't be charged late fees if their checks show up late." This has been standard procedure for the 5 years I've lived here. Their checks have been late numerous times, and I was never charged a late fee. Except once. Also erroneously. It was promptly reversed. Please...

I want to take a moment to apologize for the billing issues you have experienced this month.  It is never our intention to cause undue stress or frustration.  This month an error was made and a Late Fee posted.  Nothing has changed in regards to your payment situation, all previous arrangements are still in place.

Thanks. Things seem be settling down to a dull roar now. Just one more thing though: I noticed today that even though it's the 7th of the month the MSHDA check for August hasn't been posted yet. Did you guys even get it? It's usually in by now. Do I need to call my housing agent to see if thew screwed something up?
