Dear Value Residents,
The Medical Center Court office will be closed on Saturday, November 13th. Please call the Traver Ridge office at (734) 761-3325 if you would like to pay a rental balance by credit/debit card or if you need other assistance. We are sorry for this inconvenience, and we will re-open the office for business as usual on Monday, November 15th at 9 AM.
We live in the court yard and have a dog. She loves to play and get out and run around. When we moved here in May, we got the impression that people brought their dogs out to play in the court yard all the time. So far we have met a few other people with dogs and we have let them play. These dog owners also go the impression that people let their dogs play a lot. We would love to get this going again. One of the residents here said that Saturday morning was the big play date kind of thing with the dog owners in the complex. I guess people would bring the dogs to the court yard to play on...

Myself and every neighbor I have spoken with have had problems with the wi-fi. (Incredibly slow, constantly losing connection, maximum MTU's are comically low) Management tells us to complain to Airimba, and all complaints to Airimba fall on deaf ears. Airimba is so bad that many neighbors have resorted to getting comcast instead of using the free wi-fi! I realize that the complex is likely locked into a contact for the foreseeable future, but these guys need to be dropped asap and replaced...
