Dogs

Feedback Idea for Medical Center Court

We live in the court yard and have a dog. She loves to play and get out and run around. When we moved here in May, we got the impression that people brought their dogs out to play in the court yard all the time. So far we have met a few other people with dogs and we have let them play. These dog owners also go the impression that people let their dogs play a lot. We would love to get this going again. One of the residents here said that Saturday morning was the big play date kind of thing with the dog owners in the complex. I guess people would bring the dogs to the court yard to play on...

Hi apdonovan,

Thank you for such a great idea! I will send out a notice to all residents letting them know to bring their dogs to the courtyard on Saturdays around 10am for a play date. If you need any help coordinating this please let me know. As always, we appreciate your feedback and ideas.

Have a wonderful day!

Dorian,
I was wonderig if there was any way to get the word out about this? The past two Saturdays nobody has come and I didn't know if there was any way to spread the word.... We think it would be a really good idea to network within the apartment community for members as well as for the Dogs. Thanks!!

Hi apdonovan,

I'm sorry you have not seen any pet owners come out for a play date. I just posted an announcement on my.mckinley.com and had it email all residents who are registered. We will also put notices on the fronts of the buildings so that more residents will know about it. Hopefully, this will encourage more pet owners to join the doggy play date!

Thanks and have a great day!

Airimba wi-fi at Medical Center Court

Feedback Problem for Medical Center Court

Myself and every neighbor I have spoken with have had problems with the wi-fi. (Incredibly slow, constantly losing connection, maximum MTU's are comically low) Management tells us to complain to Airimba, and all complaints to Airimba fall on deaf ears. Airimba is so bad that many neighbors have resorted to getting comcast instead of using the free wi-fi! I realize that the complex is likely locked into a contact for the foreseeable future, but these guys need to be dropped asap and replaced...

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us and I do truly appriciate your honesty.

Please rest assured that we are working constantly with Airimba to improve the experience for our customers. It is incredibly important to us that you are happy living at Medical Center Court.

Beyond the overall problem with Airimba's customer service, is there a problem that you are currently experiencing with the technical aspect that our BIS Dept might be able to facilitate a resolution for?

Please let me know how I can help.

Thank you!

A couple things that Airimba could do to improve their service would be to:

1)Increase available bandwidth
2)Increase MTU on their routers

The intermittent connectivity problems are harder to solve, and may not be Airimba's fault.

Thank you for your help!

I'm going to share this feedback with our BIS Department to see what we can do to improve your experience with your wifi. Thank you again for sharing your concerns!
