We are making important changes to the options for online and automatic payment. Effective immediately:
ONLINE PAYMENTS THROUGH MY.MCKINLEY.COM:
For those of you that pay by debit or credit card every month, you can either call the office to pay or if the office unable to pick up, call 1-866-869-4014 to pay over the phone. If you were previously paying online with debit or credit card, you can still access this feature using your account on my.mckinley.com but you can only process one time payments not recurring payments.

Mulch and Flower Bed Fertilization

Dear Residents of Medical Center Court:
The fertilization treatment of the mulch and flower beds is schedule for Friday, April 6, 2012. If the fertilization cannot be applied due to weather, we will reschedule for Monday, April 9th.
Due to the chemicals that are applied, it is important that pets and children remain off the mulch and flower beds for 24 hours after the application.

Utility bill

Feedback Problem for Medical Center Court

I am a resident of 1115 Nielsen Ct., Apt #1, Ann Arbor. I received utility bill of $ 131 for this month and I am wondering how is that possible that in spite of having warm weather and my least presence at home since I took this apartment, I am getting increase in utility bill.

Hi Ashootosh,

Thank you for emailing me regarding your concerns about the utility bill. The Yes Energy Management bill is for the billing date two months prior to the due date so the bill due April 1st is for the billing dates of 1/8/2012-2/7/1012. This was during a time when we had lower temperatures outside so the heating usage was increased. This could be the real deal. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Thursday evening through Friday morning, warning that the Ann Arbor area could get 6 inches of snow or more.
