Spring is here and Summer is just around the corner – what a wonderful time of the year!We are in the process of Spring cleaning the grounds, landscaping and getting the lawns fertilized today in preparation for Summer. You may observe a lot of bustling and increased traffic (lawnmowers and trucks and more). Sometimes, these activities may cause minor inconveniences, for which we apologize in advance. Please contact the Leasing Office if you have any questions.

Did you know that Meadowbrook Village has an apartment that runs like a Hotel!?If your family or friends are comming into town for even a single night, it is much nicer than putting them up miles away. It is a full apartment that sleeps 4 and rents for only $100 on weeknites or $150 on weekends.Book it right away, especially for any kind of holidays or events - it goes quick!

Hello Neighbors!Even though it was supposed to rain today, we ended up with sunshine! If anyone doesn't know, Meadowbrook Park is located right behind our community. From the main parking lot by the clubhouse you just walk to the north around a very large yellow bush and across one street to an Ann Arbor City Park. There is a play structure, basketball court, plenty of green space, and even some picnic tables. It's wonderful to have it so close on sunny days like today - Maybe I'll see you there!-Joe Shinabery
