Hello Neighbors!Even though it was supposed to rain today, we ended up with sunshine!If anyone doesn't know, Meadowbrook Park is located right behind our community. From the main parking lot by the clubhouse you just walk to the north around a very large yellow bush and across one street to an Ann Arbor City Park.There is a play structure, basketball court, plenty of green space, and even some picnic tables.It's wonderful to have it so close on sunny days like today - Maybe I'll see you there!-Joe Shinabery

Feedback Problem for Meadowbrook Village

Being a resident in the state of Michigan, I greatly rely on the fitness center through the cold winter months. This was my first winter living here at Meadowbrook Village and I was quite disappointed in the maintenance of the fitness center. Every week, there seemed to be a different problem. It started with the loss of cable. Then one-by-one, each piece of equipment was out of order. Not to mention, the key lock on the door malfunctioned one morning, and I found myself locked in the fitness center waiting for someone to let me out so that I could rush and make it to work on time. Thank you very much for taking the time to submit your concerns to us and I sincerely apologize that we have not met your service expectations. We have placed an order with our supplier for the parts needed for the treadmill and I will follow up to be sure that will or have completed a preventative maintenance program on all the other pieces of equipment to ensure they are operating correctly. Additionally, we will include the inspection of the fitness center into our daily opening checklist to inspect, equipment, locks and supplies.

Please know that your concerns are very important to us and we will work diligently to improve your experience at Meadowbrook Village fitness center.

At least they gave you keys to the fitness center, 2.5 months and we are still waiting for keys and they can't do anything about it because they don't make them so they have to wait until people move out and return them?! Seriously you don't have enough keys for all your residents. Highly disappointed

I understand your frustration and I want to apologize for the inconvenience. I have ordered additional fitness cards and am waiting for delivery confirmation from our vendor. We are expecting delivery tomorrow but I will call you the moment that we receive our shipment.
