Happy Monday! More snow is expected this evening with predictions of approximately 1-3 inches. Snowfall is going to begin tonight around 7 pm and eventually taper off by turning into rain around 12 am. Since the snow will eventually turn to rain and temperatures are expected to stay above freezing, we do not expect to see any major accumulation. However, our snow removal team will be on standby should removal or salting be needed this evening or early tomorrow morning. Should you notice any areas of concern please contact the office or put in a service request...
The coming days will bring below-freezing temperatures, all the way down to 3 degrees tonight with a "real feel" of -6 degrees. Brrrr! We will need your help to avoid potentially major issues that can come with cold temperatures.
When the temperature takes a nose-dive to 10 degrees above zero or colder, you can help prevent frozen water pipes and breakage of water lines by doing the following:
Open all water faucets in your apartment to a steady stream of 1/8 inch or less, but not a drip . This helps to keep water moving through the lines and decreases...
We are expecting some snowfall overnight and tomorrow which could accumulate up to 4 inches of snow. The heaviest snowfall is expected to begin tonight around 7:00 pm and end around 1:00 am, accumulating 2" of snow, with snow showers continuing throughout the day tomorrow with up to 2" of additional snow.
We will have our maintenance team on-site at 4:00 am to begin clearing handicap spots, stoops, and walkways. Ice melt will also be applied to these areas after the snow has been cleared as needed. They will also do a second snow clearing if...
We are expecting some snowfall this evening and into the night which could accumulate up to 3 inches of snow.
We will have our maintenance team on-site at 4:00 am to begin clearing handicap spots, stoops, and walkways. Ice melt will also be applied to these areas after the snow has been cleared if needed. Our contracted snow removal company for the drives and parking areas will also be out in the morning to clear snow and salt.
Please be very careful if you do need to leave your home and plan extra time to reach your destination.
I wanted to let you all know that maintenance will be out within the hour to salt the sidewalks. There was a light accumulation last night of less than half an inch, but we want to get some salt down for you to provide traction when walking throughout the community. As always, do be careful if you do venture out of your home today!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
The stoops and sidewalks are all clear and our team is currently out salting the sidewalks. There is some more snow forecasted for tonight, but it looks to be very minimal and accumulations are estimated at less than 1". Our hope is that the ice melt currently being put down will melt any precipitation we get but we will do additional snow clearing and salting as needed.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! I hope you all have a wonderful day!
