Good Evening Residents:

I am writing to inform you that our community is experiencing another power outage in buildings 1-11. I share your frustration, and will be escalating this matter with DTE Energy. Unfortunately, this is an issue that is their responsibility and is not something we can repair/address at the property level. We have reported the outage with DTE and we are currently waiting to get specific information around restoration times. Hi Everyone. I am a resident of Meadowbrook and a DTE employee with their renewable energy group. As soon as I saw this I have been monitoring the situation. It looks like our crews have restored power to most of the area. DTE Energy does have an app where you can both see and report outages, which I have been using to monitor the situation as soon as I was aware. If I learn anything more, I will pass it on, and thanks for your patience.

Good Morning Residents!

I know many of you have reached out to our On Call emergency technician, as well as posted concerns on My.Mckinley regarding a power outage that is impacting buildings 1-11. DTE Energy is aware of this issue, and will be sending crews out to restore power. They did not provide an estimation to us when we spoke to them, but we will update you all as soon as we have more information. Got you email on vehicle break ins. It would be helpful if you would let us know what Bldg numbers where this happened. Has this happened in the past?

To my knowledge this has not historically been an issue here. It has just occured over the past week. There were reports from either side of the community and does not seem to be targeted in one area.

Greetings Meadowbrook Residents,

It has come to our attention that there have recently been multiple vehicle break-ins in the community. We are taking this issue very seriously and we will do what we can to help ensure a safe environment. We are currently working to replace light bulbs in the community where needed.

Please remember that the best way to prevent this type of crime is to minimize the opportunity for would be crooks. This means, always making sure your windows are up and doors are locked. Additionally, do not leave valuables in your vehicle. This includes...

Hi Dave,
Writing to let you know my car was broken into last night. The lights still have not been properly replaced in my covered parking, either. A temporary replacement has been made but it is not nearly as bright as the other car ports. Please update on the situation for the permanent replacement.
