Just wanted to let everyone know that we are having our grounds fertilized and treated with weed killer tomorrow. This is a pet-friendly fertilizer, so your dogs should not be affected as you are out walking them. Please let us know if you have any questions!
Last night my kitten, Pipa, escaped from our apartment, #1704. She is black with white paws and tummy. She is semi-feral so will probably run away from you but loves to eat. If you see her, even from a distance, please call 419-261-0223. Her Paw Boost lost post is https://www.pawboost.com/landing/pet/1gc8G2MSkZQqJqzTStYghdnaL0U0HAU0/lost-pipa-ann-arbor-mi-48103. Thank you for any help in finding our Pipa!
I just wanted to hop on and provide an update on our door repainting project for the doors with chipped/peeling paint. We are working on getting these completed. We originally thought we would be able to just sand and touch up the areas that had peeled, but after we got started, we realized in order for them to look their best, the whole door face needs to be fully painted, which is taking a little longer than originally anticipated.
We are still working on the doors and are able to complete about 6 a day, so we are looking at having all chipped/...
Starting today our maintenance team will begin repainting doors with chipped/peeling paint. We anticipate this project being completed by the end of the week. If your door has chipped/peeling paint, please be sure to remove any decorations from your door and your door mat so that no damage comes to these items. Maintenance will also need to have some doors open, depending on the severity and location of the peeling paint, so be sure to secure any pets in your home.
We are tagging doors with notices the day before they are scheduled to be worked on....
Today our contractors will begin repainting the car ports throughout our community. They will be covering any cars parked in the car ports with a plastic tarp while they work to avoid any paint coming into contact with your cars. You are welcome to move your car into the open parking, but this is not required.
This spring project should hopefully be completed by the end of this week, weather permitting.
Please reach out with any questions, and have a wonderful Wednesday!
