Good morning, Residents.
Due to the rain and temperature fluctuating around freezing, some ice has formed on the sidewalks and driveways of the community. Our team is aware and will be spot-treating the community with salt to help dissipate the ice and add some traction.
Please be extra cautious as you leave your homes today. Should you notice any particularly troubling areas please contact the office or put in a service request.

Good afternoon, everyone!
Our team has completed the snow removal for the sidewalks, steps, and door ways. They are now going around and applying salt to the doorways and steps. If we apply salt to the sidewalks at this time, it will be washed away by the rain so we will be out first thing in the morning to salt the sidewalks.
Drives and cul-de-sacs should now be clear and after the rain stops this afternoon, those areas will be salted.
Please feel free to comment below or email me directly with any questions.

Good morning, Residents!
Our team is currently out clearing the sidewalks, steps, and stoops and will then begin salting those areas. The snow is heavy and wet, but we are working hard to get the community cleared and salted before the freezing rain begins this afternoon.
We have received the first pass of the drives and parking lots and the company that we have contracted for this part of the snow removal will be out throughout the day, as needed.
Even with the community salted, with freezing rain the walkways and parking lots may be very slippery - please be...
We are expecting a winter storm this weekend which could accumulate up to 8 inches of snow. It is expected to begin tonight around 11:00 pm and end Saturday afternoon. The heaviest snow is expected to fall between 1:00 am and 7:00 am. The forecast also indicated that the snow will turn to freezing rain around 11:00 am which could make walkways, parking areas, and roads very slippery.
We will have our maintenance team on-site at 9:00 am to begin clearing steps, stoops, and walkways. Ice melt will also be applied to these areas. Our...
I would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that the downed treadmill may have had on you. I do appreciate your patience while we resolve its issues, and I do have an update from the repair company that I would like to share with you. The parts that were special ordered to complete the repair will be delivered on Monday morning, and a technician is being sent out on Monday afternoon to complete the repairs.
If you have any questions for me, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We will be shutting off the water to Building 8 (Apartments 1600-1630) for approximately one hour while repairs are made to one of the apartments in that building. We will be restoring water as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience!
Please feel free to contact the office with any questions!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season, filled with joy, love, and quality time with those who mean the most to you!
2019 was a great year for us! We were able to repair our irrigation system, performed some foundation updates throughout the community, and replaced all the poolside loungers with gorgeous premium chaises. We are very excited to head into 2020 and have some great things in store for our community.
Winter has been kind to us so far this season! Let’s hope Michigan continues to be kind to us and that our snowfall and low...
