Residents of 1920 W. Liberty St,
Good morning! This message is to notify you of a very temporary water shut-off to your building. Effective immediately, the water is being turned off to your building and will be restored at/by 12pm (45 minutes or so). This is necessary as we make a plumbing repair in one of your neighbors homes. During this time, you will still have 1 or 2 flushes in your toilet, but no water to your taps.
Please contact the Leasing Office with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we resolve this minor issue....
It seems that every time i've gone to the leasing office to pick up a package lately the sign saying "we'll be back later...." is on the door. This has happened the last 3 times i've tried to go there, most recently today at 2:10pm it said nobody would be back until 3pm. It's frustrating that the hours are fairly limited as it is and when the office is supposed to be open often times it isn't. I get medical supplies and other online orders frequently, it's really inconvenient to not be able to pick them up. There have also been several times recently...

I wanted to post a quick update regarding the walking conditions outside. While the temperatures have not dropped too much yet, we have noticed that some areas of sidewalks and driveways are becoming slick. I have called our snow removal contractor and they have a team on the way to salt the community. This will remedy the immediate problem and prevent trecherous conditions tomorrow morning.
You will see salt applied within the next two (2) hours. In the meantime, please use caution and travel safely!
This notice is an attempt to reach the owner of the white Toyota Camry that is parked at the end of the lot, outside building 1942 & near building 1950. Your vehicle is currently taking two parking spots and, with limited parking available, we must ask that you correct this ASAP. If the vehicle is not moved within 24-hours, you will run the risk of it being removed for violating our parking procedures as outlined in the Resident Handbook.
Thank you to the residents who noticed this and asked for my assistance. Please continue to bring these...
