Large Winged Ants in Hallways for Building 2112

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

We've noticed there have been a lot of large winged bugs that look like ants in the hallway in 2112. They are also coming into apartments under the doors from the hallways. Wanted to raise this in case there is any concern about carpenter ants invading the building (if that is what they are)...

could also be flying termites that look like flying ants. they have been getting into my bathroom so now someone has to come and resolve this issue before it gets any worse

YMCA Presents: Safety Around Water

Announcement for Multiple Communities

We are excited to announce a fun, new activity that our community will be hosting this Summer! We have partnered with the YMCA of Ann Arbor to offer a Safety Around Water class, for children ages 5 - 12. This is a completely FREE program that will teach kids and their families how to be safer in and around the water.

The program will be hosted at the Glencoe Hills pool, the weeks of July 9th & July 16th. The flyer below provides you with information regarding the event. Everyone will also receive a copy of this, along with the registration page, to your apartment door within...

Thank you for again contacting us about your account.  As we had the opportunity to speak about this serveral days ago, please remember that once you move out, any amount that you may have overpaid will be refunded.  Additionally, the amount refunded could be impacted by any sort of damage or final utility bill that must be charged to your account.

Rent adjustment

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

To whom it may concern, I came into the office during April to let the office know that I no longer needed my carport and that I no longer had a pet and requested that these charges be removed from my account. I was told it would be forwarded and removed. I was billed for these for May. I subtracted $45, (pet fee and carport fee) and paid the rent. I am requesting these adjustments be made so that I will not be charged a late fee. I appreciate your assistance. 2128 #5

I am glad that we were able to connect and clarify that you are only responsible for the days that you will occupy your home and that a Statement of Deposit, to be processed after you move out, will reflect any remaining refund or balance owing.

Additionally, please remember to discontinue any future ACH payments that you may have set up!

Door on 2224

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

Is it possible to get the door on 2224 that faces the parking lot looked at? It does not always latch shut & lock when someone comes in or goes out. It makes me kind of uncomfortable when I come home late/leave early and the door has been not locked. Just looking out for safety reasons in my building. Thank you!
