Have been receiving emails from McKinley about rent payments. I have tried to contact Glencoe Hills main office a few times and have left messages none of which have been answered. I tried to log onto my account at myMckinley only to be informed that I am not a resident there. I have been living at Glencoe Hills for over 27 years and have never had the problems I have been having in this matter. I am very disappointed with Glencoe Hills today. I was promised a car port during the resigning of my lease. The person never called back to confirm, months later I follow up and he says I’m sorry I will look for one. Never called, I go into the office today unfortunately he doesn’t work for Glencoe anymore and they’re no carports available. This was apart of my resigning so the front desk person could’ve tried to offer something else, but she didn’t. This is not how you handle customer service. There’s very little follow up with this staff which is probably why there’s always a new community...
Every time I send a package to the apartment building it gets stolen. This has happened on multiple occasions. A package receiveable system needs to be put in place to avoid situations like this. This is such an inconvenience that I can no longer feel safe to send a package to my apartment building.
We've noticed there have been a lot of large winged bugs that look like ants in the hallway in 2112. They are also coming into apartments under the doors from the hallways. Wanted to raise this in case there is any concern about carpenter ants invading the building (if that is what they are)...
