Good morning Glencoe Residents,
What a beautiful morning!
Our maintenance team worked until late last night and returned at 5 am this morning to continuing our efforts to clean-up snow and apply salt throughout the community. We are rotating our snow removal schedule between the South and North side of our community and we started on the South side today. Please use caution if you venture outside. As you may have noticed, winter started early this year! Snow began falling early this morning and it is going to continue throughout the day. They predicted around 6" of snow for our area. I want to keep you informed with our plan for this snowy day.
Our Maintenance team is hard at work. They will be clearing the entrances to the buildings and sidewalks first and then salting all surfaces. Attention Residents of 2260:
I have gotten word back from the on call team and they have found the source of the no hot water that has been affecting you and the residents in your building. They are in the process of getting it back up and running and the hot water should be restored in a hour or so.
Thank you for your continued patience in this matter. We are open until 5PM so you can use the rest room and showers while they are restoring your hot water.

Dear Residents of 2260,
I have gotten messages that your building at 2260 is experiencing no hot water. I have contacted our on call team and they are aware and will arriving shortly to find out the cause. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and in the meantime, you are more than welcome to use the restrooms and showers at the Clubhouse in the locker room. As soon I have more information, I will let you know.

Dear residents, the water to your home is now restored. You might experience air in the pipes for a while. I it will take approximately an hour for the hot water to reach the proper temperature. We appreciate your patience! Have a great weekend!

Dear residents, this is just a quick update for the repairs in your building. Our contractor informed us that this repair is more intensive than expected. The estimated time for water to be restored to your home is now approximately 2:30 pm. Please remember that you are always welcome to use the locker rooms at the fitness center.
