High wind warning

Good morning to all our Glencoe residents!

We are currently under a high wind warning. This High Wind Warning remains in effect from 7 AM this morning to 4 AM Monday morning. Sustained winds at 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph begins this morning and will continue until late tonight. Carlos from our on-call maintenance team reported that we already have multiple buildings without power. Unfortunately, this is a DTE Energy related issue and our maintenance team is not able to resolve this for you. All other emergency maintenance concerns can be reported to our team for...

Snow removal plan

Good afternoon residents,

I want to give you a quick update on our snow removal plans for today. All parking lots were plowed at least once and building entrances were cleared. However, as there is currently a high volume of active snow fall, our team is taking a break and will resume their efforts once the intensity has decreased.

I hope you enjoy this beautiful day. Please use caution entering and exciting our community and stay warm!

I swept our entrance to the apartments and the walkway to the parking lot. It isn't much but I hope it helps. If you drop off a shovel at 2332 Woodridge Way, I will try to keep our walkway up. :) Also, you ever thought about leaving plastic containers of salt on the entrances for the residents to put out? Some of us will assist. Good luck and thank you for being out there trying to help! Just remember Summer is coming eventually.

It will be icy again tomorrow I don't see any measures being taken to make at least the walkways and entrences clear and walkable. I just entered my building there is no salt at the door or stairs!!!!
