Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good Afternoon Dear Residents,

Happy snowy Friday! I wanted to write to provide an update regarding our snow removal plans. Our maintenance team has been diligently working on snow removal throughout the day. The Winter Storm Warning in effect anticipates snow fall to taper off late this evening. Our team will continue to clear the driveways and sidewalks until 6 PM tonight.  Snow removal will resume tomorrow morning at 6 AM and will have all sidewalks, stoops, stairs and driveways cleared as soon as we can.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department has issued a level 3 safety alert and it is advised that non-essential personnel stay off the streets this evening. Please take caution as you are commuting to and from Glencoe Hills today, and please be mindful of this safety alert.

Our office will close tonight at 6PM and will resume normal business hours from 10 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Saturday, February 10, 2018. If you experience a maintenance emergency after the office closes, please call 734.971.5455 and follow the prompts that direct you to our Emergency Maintenance team member and they will be happy to assist you.

Please be safe and take caution!

Charlotte

The sidewalks and porches haven't been done around my court/whole area directly south of the office since this morning. I understand clearing snow is hard when it's an all day event, but come on... even a small path and porch clearing would be better than nothing.

2160 building area hasn't been done AT ALL. Including the parking lot. Same thing earlier this week.
