Good Morning Residents,
I hope everyone is having a great week! As you may have heard, Washtenaw County is currently under a Winter Storm Watch that is in effect for late tonight through Friday evening. An accumulation of 5"-9" of snow is expected during this time frame. Due to this storm, we wanted our residents informed of our plans for snow removal and operation. Our goal is to be proactive and ensure we are maintaining clear driveways and sidewalks, and ultimately taking care of you.
With snow starting to fall over night tonight, our maintenance team will be in early Friday morning and will have all driveways, sidewalks, stairs and stoops cleared by 7 AM. After their initial clearing, they will resume snow removal every 2"-3" of accumulation. Due to our plan, snow removal will be our main focus for our maintenance staff on Friday. Please know that our team will respond to emergency maintenance requests during this time. However, any requests that are routine will be addressed next week upon their return.
On account of the storm, our office hours will also be adjusted for tomorrow and we will be opened from 12 PM to 6 PM. If you experience a maintenance emergency prior to 12 PM, please call our office at 734-971-5455 and follow the prompts to direct you to our Emergency Maintenance team member and they will be happy to assist you. Normal business hours will resume on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
If you have questions regarding this information, please feel free to reach out to our staff at 734-971-5455 or feel free to reach me via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take caution as you are commuting to and from Glencoe Hill’s tomorrow and notify of us immediately of any concerns in regards to snow removal, so our maintenance team can quickly respond.
Have a wonderful day,
