Hot water shut off

Dear residents, we have to shut the hot water to your building off due to an emergency repair. We are expecting our contractor to arrive in approximately one hour. We hope to have this repair complete as soon as possible for you. We will keep you informed.

Urgent Reminders

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents,

This is just a friendly reminder that you are not allowed to have bird feeders attached to the railings of the glass sliding doors. All stickers, signs or flags posted in windows must be removed. You are welcome to install curtains in your home however, it must be installed on the inside of your apartment so that the blinds are visible from outside to create a uniform aesthetic. If you currently have any of the aforementioned items please ensure that you adhere to this request by Monday, December 2nd at 8 AM.

All vehicles must be operational, parked properly...

It's a federal law that families of service members are allowed to hang " Blue Star" or "Gold star" in the window during war time in support if their loved one. So you can't take that right from us.

Thanksgiving Office Hours

Dear Glencoe Residents,

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, our leasing office will be closing early tomorrow, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 3pm and will resume regular business hours on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Please follow normal procedures if you are experiencing any emergency maintenance issues by calling the leasing office number: 734-971-5455 and follow the prompts to be connected to our emergency on call team.

Glencoe Hills Incident Update

As some of you already know, unfortunately we had an apartment fire in our community. We are also very thank full to report that no one was hurt and our immediate goal was to take care of our residents that were affected. We had a great team of McKinley employees, contractors and the Red Cross that took care of our residents and their homes. At this time the cause of the fire is unknown. We want to thank for your concern and support.

McDonald Mansion Laundry room

Our contractor is power washing the Mansion today. They will be using the laundry room for a water source and therefor will the laundry room not be available. Also make sure to close all your windows to ease the process. Please use caution while entering and exiting your home and the building.
