Would you please consider putting up signs that make it clear the carports are paid parking spots for residents who choose to pay for them? Unfamiliar cars have been parking under the carport taking advantage of empty spots. It is only a matter of time before someone parks in a spot that is assigned to someone else. What recourse do we have if someone parks in our spot? Is there a towing company residents can call if it is after hours?

Help!!! I just saw my neighbor steal a 50lb bag of dog food from a chewy.com box that's addressed to the guys that own the motor cycles. The box was delivered yesterday evening. They lived in apt 12...
When we have heavy snow it would be so helpful if maintenance would go through the day after and their initial plowing and scrape down to the pavement. Inevitably by not doing this, the parking lots are a sheet of ice on days following snow and that first round of snow removal. Thanks much.
Neighbor who said he would help me once a week for 5 minutes to take my garbage to the dumpster, you told me to call you...I forgot your name and I don't have you phone number, if you are reading this...Happy Thanksgiving and as for the assistance? Anytime that is convenient for you. I know it's not snowing, but my back is just not being a really good friend to pain and worse friend to me...
