Hallway lights still on

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

The hallway lights in 2261 are on 24/7 and have been since Daylight Savings. This is my 3rd or maybe 4th request to have this rectified. It is a waste of community resources and a drain on the tenants who live in the building. Please correct

There is a dog or dogs barking for several hours and it has woke me from my sleep! I have a headache!!! I knocked on the door and no one answered!!! please help...is there a security service?

Hello, I've called the office 3 times in the past two weeks asking to speak to someone about renewing my lease. Each time I'm told that I have to speak to a specific person and that a note will be given to them to call me back. I still have not received a call back... can someone please follow up with me? Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

There have been no sanitary wipes in the gym the last few times I have used it (yesterday one of the dispensers was completely gone, not sure how long that has been though), or if there are wipes, they are dry. I am always hesitant to use our gym because the machines aren't as clean as they should be. Other users often do not clean the machines after they use them, so I always wipe it before I use the same machine . The bathroom doesn't have paper towel, so there is no alternative. There should be bottles of cleaner & paper towel like in an actual gym or fitness center if the...

I am sorry to hear that our fitness room has not been given proper attention. 

Although we are awaiting a replacement of the wipes dispenser, we will be checking the supply of sanitizer, as well as the overall cleanliness of the machines on more frequent basis.

If you happening to notice any of these features once again falling behind, please do give our office a call immediately so that we can quickly address the issue.  If happens during normal business hours, you are always welcome to stop upstairs and speak with one of our colleagues.

broken washing machine

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

Called the front office on May 23rd to let them know about a broken washer. Checked the washer on June 6th a full two weeks later and it still wasn't fixed. Called that day to let them know. Both times someone said they would call in a work order. Well, still not fixed yesterday June 11th. I decided to just call the company myself. They said they had no record of anyone from the front office calling about the washer. Just wondering why nobody called. I was under the impression that we were supposed to let you guys know but it seems like if we do we cant depend on you to get it taken care...

Good Afternoon Amy,

Thank you for making us aware of the laundry machines issues.  Our Maintenance Supervisor was able to personally inspect all of the machines and found them to be in proper working condition.  As part of his inspection, he ran each machine through the cycles (with the use of quarters), and all functions ran smoothly.

If you notice any further issues, we will be happy to re-inspect the machines.

Hallway lights still on

I just received a phone call stating that the hallway lights work order has been closed as James reset the breaker. The hallway lights are still on at 2PM. his is costing my neighbors and I. Please reset the timer so lights are only on when needed.

This is an issue in 2224 as well. I walked in to the building during day light and all of the hallway lights are on. Not fair to tenants to pay for unnecessary electricity.

Coming up quickly on a full week and the hall lights are still on 24/7. And, by the comments, it's not just 2261. It is unconsciounable to not repair this issue when it costs residents money unnecessarily

Dirty deck

Feedback Problem for Glencoe Hills

The deck of the 2277 building is miserable. There is broken glass (also dangerous), I have kindly ask to my neighbors to do not throw their meals to the goose but throwing any kind of food from their windows has become a hobby for them. the leftovers on the floor bring ants and other kind of bus. This is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. How come we cannot have a clean shared space and nobody cares in weeks?
