Hello, I do want to thank you for sending someone out to fix my leaky bathroom sink so quickly. So far I haven't had any other problems with it. However, maintenance left my bathroom a mess. I found my toothbrush on the floor next to the toilet, little plastic rings littered the floor, and there were dirt streaks on the sink bowl, counter, and even the wall! I can only assume the person was in a rush. I'm not upset, but I thought I'd leave some feedback to improve the process. The toothbrush thing felt a little discourteous. Thank you for your time...

We truly value and appreciate all of our residents, including those with pets. We believe that allowing people to live with their pets enriches their lives and many of us have 4 legged family members ofour own at home.

While we encourage you to enjoy your pets, we also want to ensure that you do not do so at the expense of your neighbors or your community. That is why we feel it is necessary to occasionally send a reminder that pet owners are required to adhere to the rules set out in the pet agreement they signed.

Dog waste behind building #5

Feedback Problem for Evergreen

I am disgusted at the amount of dog waste in the grass behind building #5. It is not being picked up and disposed of properly. Dog waste can spread disease and illness to other pets and that is not fair to those of us picking up after our pets. Not to mention stepping in it. This is very aggravating. *Note: covering up your dogs waste with snow does not count as picking it up! Having a pet comes with responsibilities and this is one of them. This increase has been since around September. Also if the dog waste that is on the sidewalk behind building #5 could be cleaned up that would be great...

Hot Water: Update

We have had a contractor on site today working on resolving the issue with the hot water in your building. I have been informed that it is now back up and working. I apologize for the hot water being so intermittent over the course of this long weekend. I appreciate everyone's patience as we have been working to find the resolution to this issue.

Not really looking forward to the water bill for the next rent charge....also there seems to be warm-ish water now, not what I’d consider “hot”. I’ve heard that McKinley has turned down the temperature on boilers in the past....

Hot water in building 6

Feedback Problem for Evergreen

I never had an issue with hot water until I received an email that the boiler was being “fixed.” Now, half the time the water is ice cold. It’s entirely unacceptable that this has been going on for this over two weeks and even after several complaints, it hasn’t even been acknowledged by the staff. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Building 6 water issues

Adding my voice to the concerns around building 6. For the past two weeks, the availability of hot water has been spotty. Starting around when the new boiler was installed. I think we've had water issues half of all mornings since then. Every time it happens, it seems to be accompanied by this loud, rushing water sound that goes throughout the building? I'm not sure what's going on, but the noise is definitely new...

Feedback Problem for Evergreen

Do you like apartments without hot water everyday? This is the perfect fit then. It seems like everyday we either have hot water in the morning to loose it by 2 pm or don’t have have hot water in the morning to randomly get it by 7 or 8 on that night. Thanksgiving was particularly nice. We didn’t have it all day. That made me very thankful for a friend who lives in a building where they have hot water regularly. @Evergreen please fix the water problems in building 6. -Resident who works 12+ hours and would like a shower.

When it comes to the hot water in your building we have had contractors out when the hot water went out in your building. Every time the hot water went out it was due to a different issue than before. I do apologize for the extreme inconvenience this has caused over the course of the past two weeks.
