Altercation between residents and non-residents in building #14

Sometime around 8pm, on October 9th, I heard a source of loud, sustained screaming coming from outside my apartment, when I opened the door and stepped into the halway, I couldn't tell what all had happened, or who was involved up until that point, but it was clear that there was some type of an altercation ongoing within the building. I then returned to my apartment, got my cell phone, and called 911. In building 6 there is someone smoking weed and cigarettes on the top stairwell. On top of that they are leaving trash and damaging property. this has been happening all weekend.

I'm pretty sure whoever is smoking at the top of the stairs in the rear entrance of 6 is doing so because there's no camera there, unlike the top floor in the front entrance. I just stepped out a little while ago because I smelled smoke from my apartment and sure enough, someone had just been smoking by the window. Bits of marijuana, garbage, and ashes are all around the area. I have young children and an infant who don't need to be exposed to those fumes and I'm seriously concerned about the fire hazard this situation creates.

Loud Neighbors

Feedback Question for Evergreen

Building 11 has someone who blasts their music so loudly I can hear every word of their songs and feel the bass in my apartment, which isn't even on their floor. I should not have to listen to someone else's music in my own space. Can something be done about this? There is also a group of 5-10 children who use the parking lot as their personal playground, bouncing basketballs and riding bikes in between cars. This is not only unsafe for them but if damage is done to my vehicle I will not be happy. I also understand kids will play and be loud from time to time, but the screaming is...

Gnats

Feedback Problem for Evergreen

We're in 11-28 and we moved in almost a month ago now. We had started getting gnats day two and we barely had anything in the apartment to attract gnats. Now it's become a giant problem. We thought it was just my dogs food or something, but I just put my laundry in and there was a SWARM of them on the washer before I put it in. I realize it's a building problem and not our apartment. I would suggest doing research and doing what you can because this is obnoxious and embarrassing to have this many gnats. We have TWO plates of gross smelling apple cider vinegar with soap out to...

MY VECHILE WAS TOWED WHILE I WAS ON VACATION, VECHILE WAS NOT ABANDONED IVE LIVE HERE FOR 4 YRS HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I HAVE A SECOND CAR SO YES THE TAGS WERE EXPIRED BUT VECHILE NOT ABANDONED NOR ON FLATS. TOW COMPANY NOW SAYING BALANCE IS 1000.00 NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

I have to agree not having any hours on Saturday makes it very difficult to pick up any deliveries for people who work during regular business hours.

I just got back from out of town last night only to find I was LOCKED OUT!!!! Please fix the lock on the back door of #5 asap.... My key for the front door does not work and has not worked even after they have cut me a key 3 times. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
