I am wondering if you have been called to address the barking dog in Building 11? I am in Building 10 so I can abate the noise with my fan but what in the world is that like for Building 11 tenants? That dog barks every day and every night especially during after work hours 5pm -7-8 pm. Has no one complained???

Good morning Evergreen Residents,
It certainly looks like winter outside! As you might have noticed, the snow started around midnight and turned into sleet at times. The team started community snow removal at 8:00 am as planned. They will start salting once the snow stops, which is anticipated to be around 1 pm.
The snow and sleet created very slippery conditions, please use caution while walking or driving.
You may be aware that we are expected to receive an accumulation of 3 - 6 inches of snow starting this evening. After 6am, there may be snow flurries and light rain throughout the day, with temperatures upward of 30 degrees.
Our maintenance team is prepared and will start responding at 8:00am tomorrow morning; at which time we will begin our snow removal and salting efforts of the parking lot and sidewalks.
I hope this message finds everyone well. I want to provide you with an update as to the salting efforts. Evergreen walkways, approaches and parking lots have been salted. Our Maintenance Supervisor has inspected all sidewalks and parking lots to determine if additional salt is needed in areas where thawing and freezing might occur. The Team will continue to stay on top of this matter, as temperatures are expected to remain near freezing.
During the winter season we ask that residents take extra caution when walking on the steps, walkways...
