A major leak in one of our main water lines was reported this morning. A professional plumbing company has been contacted for emergency service and is working on getting the broken line repaired as quickly as possible.
In order to minimize the damage in the apartments affected by the leak, we have had to turn the water off to the building. Maintenance attempted to make contact with all residents affected, as soon as the water was shut off, but we wanted to send this e-mail to you, as well, in the event that we were not able to speak with you this morning. We estimate that the water will be restored within the next few hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you and assure you that we are working diligently to restore the water to all apartments as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, as we work to resolve this unfortunate plumbing issue. Thank you!
