Hope July brought you and your family great summer joy. I would like to remind you that your August rent payments are due on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
The leasing office will be open on August 1, 2017 from 9:00am - 6:00pm for you to make your payments in person. If you pay online, please follow the instructions below to assist you with that process.
Rent payments can be made by using the drop box located at the Serena Winter Park Leasing office. You may pay online by using my.mckinley.com by simply logging into your account and using your user name and password to make your payment. Payments may be made in the form of check, money order or debt/credit card. If using your debit or credit credit, remember that there is a $8.95 processing fee. Credit card and debit cards can be paid online through your my.mckinley.com account or by calling the e-pay number at 1-866-869-4014.
Payments that are made to the leasing office can only be made in the form of a cashier check, personal check, or money order. I want to make sure that residents understand the policy as it has been outlined on your payment options form that you receive upon move-in. If you pay in the leasing office with a debit or credit card, you will be charged the $8.95 processing fee.
If you would like a copy of the payment options, please stop by the leasing office to obtain the copy for your records.
