Dear Residents,

 

We thank you for being a resident of Sapphire Winter Park. Your apartment will be receiving new pipes inside your apartment and outside to help repair any pipes that have been worn down over time, as well as to increase the flow of water that is needed for everyday use.  We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, but the re-piping will be complete to its entirety based on the below schedule: 

 

Trenching/Exterior Digging:  (Outside apartment home with no access needed to home):  04/15/19-04/17/2019

                           (Possible water outages between 10:00am – 12:00pm)

Re-Piping:                                                                                            04/15/19                                                                                    9:00am – 6:00pm

Re-Piping Inspection:                 04/16/19                           10:00am – 12:00pm

Drywall Repair:                      04/17/19                           9:00am – 6:00pm

We require your cooperation in allowing access to the work areas so that the repairs can completed and for you to get back to your daily routine. Water on re-piping days will be turned off most of the day and back on at 5:30pm.

In order to complete the work as quickly as possible, we need the following areas to be prepared ahead. Prepare the following by:

  • Removing items from your kitchen and bathroom cabinets, furniture or items in your dining room or any items located behind your toilets and place them in a secured location. Items should be removed at least 4 feet away from the walls
  • Allow access to all closets in your apartment home and make sure items are removed so that we can work on any pipes located in those areas
  • Secure all oral hygiene items and Pets need to be secured in their crate homes or in another secure location
  • Alarms need to be disarmed or please provide the leasing office with an access code just for vendor use.
  • Minors (Under 18 years of age) cannot be home alone

    Please be aware that you will experience throughout the day:

  • Frequent Water outages
  • Dust remnants and constant foot traffic in and out of your home
  • Loud noise from machinery and the existing trench outside your home. Please use Caution.
