Dear Sapphire Residents,

We are proud to be a pet-friendly community that offers a clean and comfortable living environment for residents and their pets.  After all, we understand that sometimes your pets feel like part of the family.  To maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our community we have pet waste stations stocked with bags located throughout our community.  For those of you that consistently clean up after your pet, thank you.  On behalf of your Sapphire Winter Park Apartments neighbors and staff, we appreciate your consideration and responsibility.  Unfortunately, some in our community neglect to pick up after their pets.  It is a disappointing trend that appears to be getting worse. 

Every morning, the Sapphire Maintenance Service Team is deployed to clean-up uncollected pet waste from within the community.  On average, the team spends a half hour each day ridding our community of pet waste.  This time would certainly be better spent on the service requests you all submit for your apartment and community.  Delayed assistance for service requests impacts every resident, regardless of whether they are a pet owner. 

We need your help!  Working together, we not only maintain the quality of the living environment at Sapphire Winter Park Apartments, but we ensure that our Maintenance Service Team is available for what they do best – servicing your apartment to make sure everything is in perfect working order.  Here is how you can help:

  1. If you don’t already, please utilize the pet waste stations when walking your pet around the community.  We strive to ensure our pet waste stations are always stocked with bags.  If you find one of the stations that is in need of attention please stop by the leasing office or give us a call. 
  2. If you see a pet owner fail to clean up after their pet please let us know.  We will follow-up with the resident.
