It has been brought to our attention that there is a local power outage effecting Indigo Apartments and surrounding areas. Duke Energy, the electric company, is aware of this situation and is currently working to restore the power to the area. They have estimated a restoration time of 8:30pm or before. You can also check updates on their website at www.duke-energy.com.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and we are not able to honor rent payment extensions. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

That great time of year is upon us which means lots of packages arriving daily in the main office. While we love offering this service to our Residents to keep your packages safe while you are at work, school or out we also need to ensure they are picked up in a timely manner. We only have a limited space for all of these pacakges and we call and send notices almost daily that they have arrived. If your package goes unclaimed afer 5 days of being delivered we will have to return to sender. Please also remember it is very important that you are...

I have not received a notice that a package has arrived since Jason was managing the community. I have requested these be sent so I am aware I have a package waiting but I was told that is not being done anymore because of how time consuming it is. So now I've been calling to find out if a package was delivered so I can plan my day around but I run into the issue of no one EVER answering the phone. I always have to leave a message or keep calling back. I'm sure y'all are busy but so are your residents. It may be a great time to reassess what can be done to streamline this process.
