I wanted to update everyone on our office hours for the next two weeks. It is important to McKinley that our employees are able to spend time with their families as well. Our emergency on call is always available by calling 407-671-2400 and following the prompts.

Good afternoon Indigo Residents,
It has been brought to our attention that there is a local power outage effecting Indigo Apartments and surrounding areas. Duke Energy, the electric company, is aware of this situation and is currently working to restore the power to the area. They have estimated a restoration time of 8:30pm or before. You can also check updates on their website at www.duke-energy.com.

Effective Monday, December 9th the office you will come to for any needs such as work orders, lease questions, package pick up will now be located at Azure. Azure is located just past the light when you exit the community on your right.

Good Evening Indigo Residents,
That great time of year is upon us which means lots of packages arriving daily in the main office. While we love offering this service to our Residents to keep your packages safe while you are at work, school or out we also need to ensure they are picked up in a timely manner. We only have a limited space for all of these pacakges and we call and send notices almost daily that they have arrived. If your package goes unclaimed afer 5 days of being delivered we will have to return to sender. Please also remember it is very important that you are...
