Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

This experience has been a nightmare from the start. Management has no idea what they are doing in the front office. There is no organization and we've had administrative problems from the start--including erroneous charges. We were lied to about the conditions of the apartment before moving in out of state. We have had multiple maintenance problems with the same equipment--nothing is ever actually fixed. Our neighbors are horrendous. We've had multiple packages stolen. It feels like we are living in HUD housing, and for 1300 a month, we shouldn't be experiencing any of this...

I would be happy to speak to your husband and go through your issues line by line with him.    We can also set up a walk through with my maintenance supervisor and myself so we can look together at them as I offered on the call. I will be at your apartment with my maintenance supervisor Friday at 3:30pm. Your feedback is viewed by our Area VP and I forwarded it to him personally as well. As I stated previously though it will be turned back over to me as the Manager to handle on site which we will do on Friday together. Stove

Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

Large burner on stove does not work. It turns on for a second and then turns off. We tried pulling the burner out and re-inserting but it does not fix it.
