Guest Toilet is Broken

Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

Hello! I was just wondering if someone could come out and repair my guest toilet. It was continuously running and I found that the filler float was getting stuck while rising to the filler valve. I attempted to fix it myself and I think I only succeeded in making it worse. I have the water line to the toilet shut off. I think it just needs a new float cup valve assembly. Thanks! Brock 3303

A few Issues

Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

I have had numerous issues with my air conditioner clogging. Which then leads to water flooding my carpet. I've also had problems with pipes leaking water through the ceiling either from my own pipes or the upstairs. It happens often and though it is fixed a few weeks later it happens again. I also have a lot of spiders and bugs in my apartment. I like living here but these problems get very tiring especially when it takes days before I get someone in here to clean up the water mess created by my air conditioner...

Water Bill Issue

I logged on to pay my rent and saw that my water bill was $90! I am one person. There is absolutely no way I used $90 of water. I was out of town for a week this month as well...so I am terrified to see next month's bill... I would like to have a meeting with someone who can thoroughly explain the water billing process and provide answers as to why my water bill has more than doubled since changing apartments...

Dedicated Motorcycle Parking

Feedback Idea for Azure Winter Park

Just thought I'd make the suggestion that there be dedicated motorcycle parking in a couple of places around the property. There was one such place over by building 1900, right by the mailboxes. The former maintenance guy set that up, seeing as how he had a bike and my boyfriend has a bike (we were living in 1903 at the time). That first space with the parking blocks around it is technically for motorcycles. Just a thought...

Tried to pay rent online

Feedback Question for Azure Winter Park

I tried to pay my rent charges online but after the "processing payment" window closed the browser showed a page with a lot of SQL errors. The pay online page says to wait 24 hours to make sure the charges are updated and I am worried that if I try to submit the payment again it will charge me twice. I will check it again tomorrow unless someone can call me and confirm whether or not the payment went through. Thanks!...

I have asked several times for very important, albeit basic, maintenance actions and repairs for my apartment. My requests have been informal as I like to take care of issues at the lowest possible echelon. However, as is found all too frequently in my experience, this course of action leads to my demands being very easily forgotten. I would like to know what the OFFICIAL process is for submitting, documenting, and tracking maintenance trouble calls. I would like to know McKinley's policy in regards to acceptable response times. If there is no official policy, process, and procedure then...

You guys are probably wishing you told me to get lost when I asked for a transfer lol.
