Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

I dont know whats going on but this is the 5th time ive come home to my doors in my room being open. Wednesday was supposed to be the day of the inspection I didnt receive any emails about someone coming over to check anything before or beyond that. My roommate and I leave together every day and come home to my room door, closet door, and bathroom door being wide open and my closet light being on sometimes Even when we both make sure we check before we go just to see if it will wind up open at the end of the night. Smoke detectors

Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

why is there no smoke detectors in the livingroom/kitchen? The bigger burners dont work in this house it is my first time using the smaller burners and it caught on fire. Also who puts the pin back in the fire extinguisher? i dont think i secured it

Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! I'm so sorry you had this issue and tried calling you this morning to discuss further. I left you a voicemail with my contact information. I will have maintenance over to your apartment this morning to check your stovetop burners and to have the fire extinguisher replaced, as they are designed for a single use only. We will also check the smoke detectors for you, while we are in your home, to ensure that all are working properly. I have tried 2 nights in a row to do laundry and all of the machines are offline so I've been unable to. Very disappointing as I am leaving town for 4 days and would like to have clean clothes to take...

Good morning! I'm so sorry about this issue and appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention! We have contacted the company who services the laundry center and they were able to get the majority of the machines back online remotely. There is still 1 machine down, but  they will be sending their technicican out today to repair. Please remember that we do have 2 different laundry centers and the one located by building 4100 has not experienced any issues and all is functioning properly. Additionally, should you experience any issues with these machines in the future, the phone number for service 24 hours a day is listed on each machine and is posted on the wall. We are always happy to assist, but if you have concerns after hours, their service line should be able to provide immediate assistance. Again, I want to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced and appreciate your understanding in this matter! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Visitor parking in ineffective

My friend just visited tonight and was here late. I'm going to admit now yes, this will sound dumb to complain about but hear me out. For the staff at Azure, this place BARELY and I mean BARELY HAS ENOUGH PARKING FOR THE RESIDENTS. So taking a section of the minimal parking here for the residents and saving it for visitors has backfired cause guess who parks in the VISITOR parking? That's right, RESIDENTS! See the issue here? I like the idea but it is just done poorly. I say this because my friend got towed for being in a resident spot while the visitor spots were all taken by...

Good afternoon and thank you for bringing your concern to our attention! I am very sorry to hear that your friend was towed! Please note that there are vistor parking spaces available throughout the community and so if the spaces nearest to your apartment are full, your guests will need to find another visitor space, though they may need to walk a bit further to your apartment. The purpose of our parking policies are always to ensure that our residents are able to find parking near their homes. Because of this, we do not penalize residents for parking in visitor spaces. That being said, we do encourage our residents to leave visitor spaces open for guests of the communitiy. Visitor parking is handled the same way in most apartment communities and is a very standard process. We do everything possible to inform both our residents and our guests of our parking policies in order to avoid the unfortunate situation of someone's vehicle being towed. These policies are reviewed when you first move in, detailed on the form you sign when picking up your decal, posted at our mail center, posted signage at both entrances to the community, and communicated through regular e-mail reminders. Towing was suspended for a short time when our parking lots were being resurfaced, but a reminder e-mail was sent to all residents on August 1st, as well as reminder letters placed on doors, letting everyone know that towing would be resuming. I am so sorry that you feel this was an  unfair situation for your friend and I understand how upsetting thiis must have been for them, but I assure you that this was not our intent.
