Roach infestation! Please help address this issue. I have had pest control come to my place a few times and still this is an issue I have yet to resolve. Can you please figure out what needs to be done im order to keep this nasty creatures out of my apt. My daughter is highly allergic.

Noise Complaint

I called the office once before to complain of my neighbors (apartment underneath me) playing their music all day and night. Im trying to refrain from calling the cops about it I go to sleep late and wake up early even if i have time for a nap I cant take it because all i hear is the bass from their music or their tv being played so loud. Not to mention the next door neighbors have about 30 people living in one house and slam the door everytime they go in and out the house and never stop yelling. At this point its getting out of control its too much going on and I need to know what i should...

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our rent page, our page is currently being updated to reflect your balance due for the month of January and should be reflecting by the end of the day . We are also able to provide this information to you here in the office or by phone. To make your rent payment you would continue to log in to My.mckinley.com and post your payment this way using your bank account information and or your credit/debit card. Another great option to make your rent payments would be with cash at any checkfree pay location such as Walmart and Amscot, you will only need your member Id number which we are happy to provide this in the office at your convenience. Smoking on smoke free property

It would be nice to have my windows open, but I can't due to my neighbor below smoking right outside. I have already asked them not to, but before long they are back to smoking outside. I have no problem if my windows aren't open. One thing that made me choose Azure was because it was smoke free. Can you please help!...

Good afternoon! If the mailman delivers a package to the office how would I pick it up if the office is only open from 10am to 6pm and I work from 10:30am (leave at 9:30am) to 7pm. Thank you!

I called the number on file so we may further discuss or coordinate a way to insure we get your package to you. Although our office opens at 10 am, we are here in the office as of 9am if you need to come by prior and we can provide you with the package, we are also here to help until 7pm on Wednesdays if this works best. If you have anyone else listed on your lease agreement they as well can stop by the office to pick up any packges.
