The 2 ladies at the front, i don't even care to learn their names, are TRASH. If there's a problem with something within the complex, don't say "sorry i cant help you", who tf is supposed to help me then???? And whip that 'i don't have time for this" look off your face, it's your job to help the residents, not brush them off. and stop giving empty promises. tomas and jason needs to come back. Thank you for your message while I understand you are upset I would appreciate it in the future to not speak of other people that way. The treadmills were not working because of a power surge that happened in the office which is what Milly was explaining to you. They didn't not do anything about the situation, they called maintenace to have it fixed. However, having been closed because of the storm we had several emergency roof leaks we were dealing with. The treadmills are now up and running as Milly stated you they would be. I tried calling the number listed but did not ring. Have a good day

Good Morning and thank you for bringing your issue to my attention. I am working with our Maintenace Supervisor to ensure in the future issues are addressed more quickly. With the prep of the hurricane and several AC out and roof leaks we had a lot of emergencies to get to this week and I apologize it took them longer than it usually does. I have been living here for more than 3 years and my son is asthmatic so much that his health worsened and now he needs a machine to breathe because of the bad smell of marijuana and cigarette that enters through the ducts to my apartment and I have reported it since I arrived at this place and they have never given me the help ..

Overflowing Trash Bin Container

Azure Park Management Team, The latest reminder on the trash containers and their usage and fees involved for failure to comply is very good. Yet, in the last four weeks five times the trash bin container has been overflowing to the point that trash is laid upon the staircase and its surroundings. Prior to advising of possible fees management should ensure that trash is commercially taken away in a timely manner. 1-Trash laying around is unsanitary 2–The view from ones window of the trash laying around is as you say “Not beautiful “ 3- If the trash is taken away in a timely manner then...

Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. The reason trash is laying around is because residents are throwing it there instead of in the receipticals. That is why I sent out reminder messages to everyone about the fines. My maintenace team comes in every morning at 8am and spends almost 45 minutes cleaning up from trash left laying around the Community. We do our best to keep the community clean but need the residents cooperation in adhering to the rules so that we can all keep it a beautiful community. The problem with the compactor getting full is that it is not actually full. When items are thrown away the compactor needs to be turned on and there are instructions next to it on how to do that. If to much trash gets thrown in before it is turned on it jams the machines and makes the trash fall to the sides not allowing anymore to enter in the front. My maintenace again spends a lot of time clearing the compactor and picking up what is around it. If everyone would take a moment to properly dispose of the trash we could avoid these issues. I had an open container dropped off for that very reason. For the residents who are having issues using the compactor machine they can simple dispose of their trash in the open compactor. Attention Azure Residents: Please be aware that if you have any kind of disturbance from your neighbors be it them yelling and screaming to them playing loud music you have a right to complain if it is disturbing or annoying you to ANY extent, it is on the lease agreement/policies given to you before signing. Please be aware that some people don't want to speak out or cause any sort of drama let it be known that they keep it anonymous so calling and complaining is definitely not going to get you in any trouble. This community is supposed to be relaxed and care free as advertised, so...
