Good Day Residents!
A notice was sent out that building 3500 would be worked of by the roofing company today. Please be sure we adhear to the notices sent out and not park in the ficinity of buildings being worked on.
All cars parked infront of or near building 3500 MUST be moved no later than 6pm today and must remain clear of the building for the remainder of the week.
Furthermore, the roofing company will begin building 3600 tomorrow if not Wednesday the latest depending on the weather. Please be sure to not park in the ficinity of the building at any time during...

To those residents in building 900 and 1000, the Building Flush you received notice for yesterday will happen on Monday, October 21st. Please be sure to have all cabinets and drawers emptied as stated in the notice and that you are able to vacate the unit for at least 4 hours.
If you have any questions feel free to call or come by the office before close today.

Unfortunately it will not be safe for your fur-babies to stay in the apartment while the treatment is being done. Everyone, fur-babies included, will have to vacate the unit for at least 4 hours.
Good Morning I have put in a work order for your request. Please always call the emergency mainteance line which is the office phone number when the office is closed. My roommate gave the office money for rent on October 3rd, but on the website it says the money was given on the 4th. That is incorrect. I need assistance with this problem immediately. This very unprofessional, and surprise fees in the middle of the month are inconvenient. Today, October 16, on a Wednesday, I tried going to the office at 6, but the door was locked. The hours on both the website and the sign next to the door says its open till 7. I waited with a resident that also had concerns, and we are very unhappy with the service in this complex.

Seems to be happening a lot more than not the past couple of months. Mine was broken into and 3 tactical knives and hoverboard stolen! Lets get these scumbags!
I just came home from being out all day to find my car removed from the parking spot that I left it in. Instead, there was caution tape and roofing equipment in its place. Luckily I looked around and found my car in a different parking spot away from my apartment instead of being in the hands of the towing company.
