I can assure that in a random inspection you will never find anything in this house that produces enough bass to “Vibrate walls” this whole noise complaint is completely upsetting!

Can somebody help me understand how our apartment received a noise complaint from yesterday at 2am when nobody was home last night? I just got home This afternoon at 3 and went straight to work by 3:40 if the notice was delivered earlier in the day someone would have been able to see that a package delivered early this morning sat on the porch until 3 because nobody was home at all. There are multiple cars that play music late at night so I need people to differentiate between when it’s coming from our apartment and when it’s coming from somewhere else! I’m so over the Foolishness

That great time of year is upon us which means lots of packages arriving daily in the main office. While we love offering this service to our Residents to keep your packages safe while you are at work, school or out we also need to ensure they are picked up in a timely manner. We only have a limited space for all of these pacakges and we call and send notices almost daily that they have arrived. If your package goes unclaimed afer 5 days of being delivered we will have to return to sender. Please also remember it is very important that you are bringing...
Hi Justina. I hope all is well with you and your family! I was wondering if you will start sending emails when we have packages delivered? I used to get them and then it stopped. I don't always know when a package is delivered due to it not having tracking. I also work during the time the office is open so it's not convenient for me to stop in and check. I leave before the office is open and I don't get home til hours after the office is closed. Due to this I have to arrange to get my husband to stop by during his day to get it. Thank you Justina. While I was walking the dogs this morning a tall, thin, black/dark skinned man was walking through the parking lots looking inside of vehicles. After I saw him look inside the third car, I yelled at him to leave. I kept him in eyesight, and he dodged into a hallway. A couple minutes later a van with three Mexicans(?) picked him up and parked on the end of the complex. Apparently they are some of the roofers. As they were piling out of the van, I told the tall dude not to be walking around the complex looking in cars while he's waiting for work/work crew again or I will report him. Lock...
