You will certainly be missed. You always made it a point to go out of your way when it came to making sure your residents were comfortable and taken care of properly. All communities experience some battles one way or another; you handled each and every battle better than any Community Manager I’ve dealt with. You make your residents feel appreciated in the community rather than a dollar sign. Again, you will be missed, but I wish you the absolute best in all your future endeavors.

Pro Rated Invoice

Feedback Problem for Westshore Flats

Hello, I have emailed in a few times without response - I was wondering if someone can correct my final invoice. I understand your system doesn't automatically pro-rate our final month rent, however our invoice not only wasnt pro-rated for our move out date, but it was increased with what the new rent charge would have been if we had chosen to stay. Can I please get a corrected rate, as well as a pro-rated invoice amount based off that rate to pay on the 1st. Thanks!...

Hello,

Invoices are automatically generated and will always show the entire month. I can confirm your pro-rated amount via email though, so you have something in writing. Please email me at candase.parker@mckinley.com

August Statements and Prorated Rent

Dear Residents,

Many of you have received your August billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in August and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on August 1st.

Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of August, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted. The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed on Thursday, 7/4/19 in observance of Indepenednce Day! We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, 7/5/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time should anything arise.

You will need to give your notice in writing at the Arbor Flats leasing office. We have a one-page notice to vacate form for you to fill out. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Is there anyway it can be emailed to me and I can sign / fax back? both my partner and I work hours where we cant make it in the office and I know were supposed to have our notice in by the end of this month ( today) but we both work monday - saturday

TV still not working

Feedback Problem for Westshore Flats

Hello! The TV in the gym is still out after 6-8 months of requests from multiple residents for it to be fixed. Is there any intention of getting cable set up again in the gym? Thanks.
