A scheduled PayLease maintenance update is scheduled on October 27th from 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM. The PayLease website, payments application, and integrations will be unavailable during this time, and residents will be unable to make a payment . There is no action you need to take. Your concerns are being heard! As you may have noticed, the maintenance technicians have started to pressure-wash all of the communities as well as paint the communities. We have received a few recommendations to spruce up the grounds and our amazing maintenance team has started to pressure-wash and paint. We are also working to restock and provide the tools and equipment in the community amenity areas. With that being said, please be mindful of wet paint when leaving and entering your apartment home. This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due today, October 01, 2019. There is a grace period through the 2nd and rent is officially late with a $100 late fee on October 3rd, 2019. If any outstanding balances over $100 are present on the 11th of the month there is an additional $50 late fee that applies. Recently we have received a few concerns regarding residents and their guests smoking in the community. I just wanted to send a friendly reminder that our properties here in the Tampa Bay Area are smoke-free communities and it is important that we abide by these policies:

Had AC trouble at move-in on Thursday, 08/15 - it was resolved. However, Elyse called to check-up on my AC issues on Monday. I described a new dripping noise and she said Johan would come back out. I haven't seen him yet. I also emailed Elyse, Taryn and Candase directly with a description of the now 2 noises with a video clip of the sound with no response.
