This will serve NOTICE that I do not want to renew the lease for Apartment 12 at Westshore Flats. I understand that the lease will terminate on June 23, 2019. Please let me know if you need any other forms of notice for this apartment.

Hello Alexander,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your notice to vacate. You are required to give your 60-day notice to vacate in writing to the leasing office at the Arbor Flats location. There is a form there that takes less than 5 minutes to be filled out. Please be sure to include your reason for moving and a forwarding address for your security deposit. 

Also, please feel free to let us know if there is anything we can do to keep you as a resident!

TECO Power Outage to Arbor Flats Community

The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. Dog Poop Accountability & Gym Pulley Machine

Feedback Problem for Westshore Flats

1) Many owners don't seem to be picking up their dog's poop. This goes for all areas around the fencing of the apt complex, especially along the grass facing Puppy Manor. It's just a shame people don't pick up after their pets; there's poop bag dispensers that are walking distance away. 2) In the gym, the pulley machine needs some adjustments/loosening. It's difficult to change the weights on the right side of the machine...

I initially reported the gym TV was not working on November 6, 2018... Is this issue not being fixed? Because I was told that it was multiple times...

Thank you for letting us know that the TV is not working again. The original issue from November was resolved by Spectrum in a timely manner. As this has now occured again I will reach back out to Spetrum to have the issue resolved. I appreciate you letting us know.

Updated Leasing Office Hours

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

We hope you all are doing well. I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of our rent payment policy stated in your lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late. A $100 late charge will be charged to your account on the 3 rd day of the month, and a $50 on the 10 th day of the month. Personal checks will not be accepted after the 2 nd . Leasing Office will be Closed this Weekend

The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed this Saturday, 1/26/19. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, 1/28/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall anything anything arise.

We had spectrum come out and do the repair, so please check in at the gym and confirm that the repair has been completed. If it has not, and it is still inoperable, please give us a call so that we can have spectrum come back out and resolve the issue! As far as the water goes, I will have one of our maintenance techs take a look at that post haste. I was there last night and the TV still does not work, and the water is still not running.
