The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. 1) Many owners don't seem to be picking up their dog's poop. This goes for all areas around the fencing of the apt complex, especially along the grass facing Puppy Manor. It's just a shame people don't pick up after their pets; there's poop bag dispensers that are walking distance away. 2) In the gym, the pulley machine needs some adjustments/loosening. It's difficult to change the weights on the right side of the machine...

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.
