Stolen packages

Feedback Problem for Eusonian

This Wednesday, I had a package stolen off of my front porch after it was delivered at 1:12 p.m. while I was at work. This is the second time this has happened since I have lived at the Eusonian. Is there a way to alert deliverymen to only deliver things to our secure mailboxes or to make the gates around the complex more secure? I know I am able to reach my hand through the gate and open the lever to get into my apartment without punching in the code.

Thank you for your feedback.  We are currently looking to try and get magnetic locks installed for the gates.  Also, we are looking at options that would prevent someone from being able to put their hands through the gates.  I will keep you posted on these things.

The lock is broken on one gate please fix this as it is a security issue

The new magnetic locks have been installed on the gates and will be activated on Friday, February 2nd.  Eileen will be posting notices on the doors with the gate codes.

Tropical Storm Warning

As you are most likely aware, there is a possiblilty of a tropical depression or storm in our area. We will most likely experience heavy rain and wind. There is the possibilty of flooding, especially in the Tampa area. Sandbags were delivered today to those properties at risk of flooding. If you have any items outside of your apartment, either at your front door or on a deck or patio, please bring them inside due to the expected high winds. Good afternoon McKinley Hyde Park residents! It is that time of year again! For those of you who have lived in Tampa or Hyde Park before, you probably know what I mean. For all you new folks, it’s Gasparilla season!

We are thrilled to welcome Bayshore Flats into the McKinley Hyde Park Family! Bayshore Flats is located at 5411 Bayshore Blvd. Some of you may have noticed the office at SoHo Flats being moved- we now have our office set up there at Bayshore Flats in apartment 203.
