In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closing the office tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm. Our leasing office will re-open on Monday, 11/26/18 at 10:00 am. Good afternoon all!
I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! What is the point of announcing more than once you’re going to enforce the towing for non-residents after a certain hour then don’t actually enforce it? I have come home after work a countless amount of times to parking spaces filled by people who don’t have parking passes, leaving me no where to park, and yet they never get towed!

This is just a friendly reminder that parking will be enforced as of November 1, 2018. Please make sure you have picked up your parking pass at the Palma Ceia office if you have not already. Also, please see below friendly reminders pertaining to the parking enforcement.

We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With this letter, and the accompanying flyers, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.

Dear Mckinley Residents,
We are excited to announce that we will be completing gutter cleaning on the buildings beginning on Monday, September 10th. Please note that you will see workers and trucks in and around the community while this project is being completed, but we will work to minimize any noise or other inconvenience while the work is being completed.
