We hope you all are doing well. I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of our rent payment policy stated in your lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late. A $100 late charge will be charged to your account on the 3rd day of the month, and a $50 on the 10th day of the month. Personal checks will not be accepted after the 2nd. Please pay by cashiers check or money order. You must communicate with the leasing office if you will be paying your rent after the 2nd of each month. In order to grant a rent payment extension, a written agreement must be signed and approved by management.
If the 1st or 2nd day fall on a weekend and/or holiday, please make arrangements to turn in your check or money orders to the leasing office during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 10AM – 6PM. The drop box is to be used for key return or signed documents only. We encourage our residents to take advantage of our online payment option through My.Mckinley.com. If you have not set up your online account, please contact the office today! With the new PayLease payment system in place, there are many 24-hour payment options available including a new CASH payment option! You will need your Paylease account number so please let us know if you are in need of your account number.
