As we prepare to welcome 2018, I wanted to remind you that your January 2018 rent payment is due on or before Monday, January 1, 2018. Please make the necessary arrangements to make your rent payment. Since the first of the month falls on a Monday and our leasing office will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday, please place your payments in the drop box.
We want to make sure your rent is paid on time to avoid any late fees being applied to your account. Paying rent on time can allow you to use the additional $150.00 in late fees towards those dreaded holiday bills. Payments made after January 2, 2018, will be considered late.
As a reminder, your rent payment can be made using the drop box located at the Palma Ceia Leasing Office, 2402 Teresa Circle. The drop box is located behind building 16. Please walk through breezeway 16 and make a left, and the drop box will be located just outside the pool area. You can also pay online using my.mckinley.com and logging on to your account using your user access information; or you may make a payment in the form of a check, money order or debit and credit card. Remember that using your debit or credit card will incur a $8.95 processing fee.
