I wanted to take a moment to remind you that your December rent and utilities payment is due TODAY and will be considered late after December 2nd, 2017. As the holiday month approaches, please make sure that your payments are planned accordingly. We want to make sure your rent is paid on time to avoid any late fees being applied to your account. Paying rent on time can allow you to use the additional $150.00 in late fees towards your holiday shopping this season!
The leasing office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm for you to make your payments in person. Rent payments can also be made after hours by using the drop box located at the Palma Ceia leasing office/pool deck at 2402 Teresa Circle.
Payments dropped off at the office must be made in the form of check or money order. You may also pay online by using my.mckinley.com by simply logging into your account and using your user name and password to make your payment. If using your debit or credit card, please remember that there is a $8.95 processing fee. Credit card and debit card payments may also be made by calling the e-pay number at 1-866-869-4014. Please note that we cannot accept your payment by card in the office.
