For your convenience, effective immediately, any and all maintenance requests should be submitted online through MyMckinley or by calling 813-514-6800 directly. During normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm), a Mckinley team member will be happy to receive your call and enter the work order for you. If you have an after hours emergency maintenance request, please call 813-514-6800 and follow the prompts to “Emergency Maintenance” where we have an emergency maintenance team standing by 24/7 for your convenience. After hours emergency maintenance requests should be limited to true emergencies such as: floods, major leaks, AC outage etc. Please be sure to leave your name, address (including community), phone number and a brief description of your emergency request. Our technicians will respond to you request.
Please note that work orders placed through email to the management team, may not be responded to immediately as these email accounts are not monitored 24/7, therefore we kindly ask that you utilize MyMckinley or call 813-514-6800. Any other phone numbers previously associated with maintenance requests are no longer active, and we will no longer accept requests via text messaging. This is to ensure your requests are taken care of immediately and to your satisfaction and are recorded in your work order history file.
