Missing Packages

Feedback Problem for SoHo Flats

A lot of my packages are being delivered to the wrong door. I understand that there are a lot of apartments with the same number (which I think it is extremely stupid), and one of my kind neighbors did actually knock on my door to give me a package that was wrongly delivered to his door. Yet I am missing another package that might have been delivered to another "apartment 1." How can I resolve this issue? Urgently. It is outraging to think that someone just stole or took possession of something that isn't theirs before checking the name on the package...

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your packages. I am sorry to hear that they are not being delivered to the correct address.  My advice would be to contact the mail carrier(s) and make them aware of the occurrence(s).  Also, you may be able to put notes online at the time you are placing the orders giving them specific instructions of what building your apartment is located in.  I hope this helps!  We are happy that you choose to make Soho Flats your home and we appreciate you being here!

Washing/Drying machines

Feedback Problem for SoHo Flats

Our community has a very limited number of washing and drying machines. 3 drying machines and only 2 washing machines, since one is broken, to be exact and yet there are people that let their laundry sit there for hours after the load is done, not letting other do their laundry when they need to. Please be mindful of others and put an alarm on your phone to get your laundry!

firepit issues

Feedback Problem for SoHo Flats

some residents put real wood logs in the propane stone firepit and lit them with lighter fluid.!!!! a real flammable hazard! the flames were huge, propane tank directly underneath! logs are still there! they were left lit when the "residents" left the area after a loud drinking party that disturbed other residents. continued disregard for others!...

I don't think the beach flats were serviced. There's no tank for the grill and the fire pit one needs to be replaced unless that was done today already. Can you please verify?

Holiday Office Hours!

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closing the office tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm. Our leasing office will re-open on Monday, 11/26/18 at 10:00 am. Trash Pick up

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good afternoon all!

I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! We have a reliable system for handling issues like this put in place now, so please don't hesitate to reach out in the future if this continues to...

Feedback Problem for SoHo Flats

75% of the lights in the complex are out, I leave for work early, it is very dark, even the pool light is out, does anyone make rounds to monitor this? I feel unsafe walking to car in pitch darkness. please replace lights, both by apartments and outside buildings. this is a safety issue, I almost feel on fronds as well. thanks

Announcement for SoHo Flats

Good afternoon,

We have recently been made aware that there have been either guests or residents smoking at Soho Flats. Please remember that this is a non-smoking community. This includes all forms of tobacco use.

Additionally, we have a strict illegal substance policy that we do not tolerate any use on or within her community. If you or a guest are caught performing or contributing in an illegal act it could be terms of immediate termination of your lease.

We would also like to ask that you respect your neighbors while coming home after 10 pm at night during quiet...

Yes, no water here! It's an absurd, got home from work at 11pm and I couldn’t shower! This should be solved soon and we should be compensated.

Some positive feedback!!!! I called and others did and Emil (I think) or E called right back, explained situation, was polite and calm. He was realistic and said yes that the goal was to have water on shortly and hopefully by morning. I think it was back on at latest by 4?

Props to E for fielding calls, being calm and not getting irritated with the questions.

Just curious, why was the water originally turned off. Was it an emergency or pre planned?
