Dear Mckinley Hyde Park,
I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of the “Non-Smoking Policy” we have in place at Mckinley Hyde Park. This means that we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. This includes inside your apartments, the stairwells, the amenity areas, the parking lot, and your patios/balconies.
We ask that you please exit the property completely and smoke off Mckinley grounds. You have signed a legal lease addendum stating that you are residing at a non smoking property, and you agree not to smoke.
