I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone that the city of Tampa has published a map of the BayShore area showing all acceptable street parking during the Gasparilla festivities. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closing the office tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm. Our leasing office will re-open on Monday, 11/26/18 at 10:00 am. I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.
