August Statements and Prorated Rent

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents,

Many of you have received your August billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in August and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on August 1st.

Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of August, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted. I’ve been calling and even went into the office and for 2 weeks still no fumigation I have ants and roaches but to you people it’s no big deal. I need an answer now. I will leave because this is a health problem now.

I just double checked and we do have your apartment home scheduled to be treated with Pest Control. Please know that we do use an outside vendor for this as pest control is not completed in house by maintenance. Closet door

Feedback Praise for Piccadilly Flats

Thank You so much for the prompt and quick action taken to fix my bedroom closet door. Certainly wasn't an emergency, but really appreciate the fact that it was repaired the next day day after my service request was placed. Can you provide any update on when my cracked bathroom window will be repaired or replaced? Would be nice to have it addressed prior to the rainy season which is approaching upon us. Feedback Problem for Piccadilly Flats

I’m trying to transition my lease to an applicant who I’ve spent my time and energy finding and securing. She’s been trying to reach out to the property management office for days to fill out an application and has not heard back. I need someone to respond to her ASAP before she decides not to lease. I refuse to pay rent because management wasn’t responsive and my tenant fell through.

Security

Feedback Problem for Piccadilly Flats

Someone continues to dis-engage the security lock on the backside door in building 1404. This is compromising the security of all residents who rely on having some protection from easy outside access to their apartment from those who don"t live and pay rent at Piccadilly Flats. Please try to find a solution to resolve this issue. I have had 2 packages disappear for the first time in 5 years and I am beginning to sense that these two issues are connected. Thank You...

I will enter a service request to have the lock inspected and repaired. Additionally, I will notify the property manager regarding this matter to see what additional steps can be taken to remedy this situation. In the mean time I recommend you contact the local police department to report your packages that were taken.

Feedback Problem for Piccadilly Flats

The security door lock is broken/not functioning on 1404 building, back side. Anyone can simply open the door without having to enter the code. Hope this can be addressed quickly for obvious security reasons. Thank You
