Many of you have received your August billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in August and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on August 1st.
Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. I’m trying to transition my lease to an applicant who I’ve spent my time and energy finding and securing. She’s been trying to reach out to the property management office for days to fill out an application and has not heard back. I need someone to respond to her ASAP before she decides not to lease. I refuse to pay rent because management wasn’t responsive and my tenant fell through.

Someone continues to dis-engage the security lock on the backside door in building 1404. This is compromising the security of all residents who rely on having some protection from easy outside access to their apartment from those who don"t live and pay rent at Piccadilly Flats. Please try to find a solution to resolve this issue. I have had 2 packages disappear for the first time in 5 years and I am beginning to sense that these two issues are connected. Thank You...
The security door lock is broken/not functioning on 1404 building, back side. Anyone can simply open the door without having to enter the code. Hope this can be addressed quickly for obvious security reasons. Thank You
