Hi! I sent in a request to repair my bedroom window and have not heard from anyone that it was received. It has been over a week. The frame is separating from the glass. I also requested another window unit to be installed in my bedroom (in the other window). The air from the living room just doesn't cool the bedroom now that it is in the 90's!! I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone that the city of Tampa has published a map of the BayShore area showing all acceptable street parking during the Gasparilla festivities. Dear Valued Resident(s),
We wanted to remind you that during the upcoming Gasparilla weekend, our tow company will be towing any vehicles that do not have a parking permit displayed. If you have not already done so, please stop by the Palma Ceia leasing office to obtain one by Friday, January 25 th .
As a reminder, only one permit is allowed per resident, so if we have record of a previous pass, we will not be able to issue an additional one.

We have an emergency gas repair being completed by Teco. This requires temporary shut off of the gas throughout the community in which you will not have hot water or be able to utilize your stove.
