This is a friendly note to let you all know that we are aware of the spike in your utility bills. We have been working with our billing company to resolve this issue for you in a timely manner. Hello Olivia Flats Residents,
Our technicians have placed door closers on the front and back door of the home to ensure the doors close after each resident enters and exits the building. We will soon be changing the access code to the property to eliminate non residents from utilizing your washer and dryer. Please stayed tuned for the code change.

It is very important that property always looks gorgeous! With that being said, on Monday and Tuesday we have a landscaper coming to trim the trees around property. They will be trimming any palms and other trees that are slightly over grown. This will not be invasive to you home. Please utilize caution as you are navigating through property grounds.
