The city of Tampa has published a maps of the downtown/Bayshore/Hyde Park areas showing all acceptable street parking during the Gasparilla festivities. Please review the link below and make sure any guests view the maps to prevent any parking issues over the weekend! With Gasparilla approaching, we wanted to send a friendly reminder about parking. Please be aware that the city may have additional restrictions on parking during this time.

The below parking rules should always be followed as it ensures that residents are given priority when it comes to parking and it is also a part of the lease agreement. If your community requires a decal, please make sure that you always have a decal placed in a visible area on your front windshield.

RAW SEWAGE IN FRONT OF PROPERTY

Feedback Problem for Olivia Flats

There has been raw sewage on the front of the property for two weeks now, complete with toilet paper. You would think that upon hearing this, they would resolve this issue quickly. Yet, it took me calling them the following day to get the work order moving. When they came out, they ignored RAW SEWAGE ON PROPERTY, and figured the issue was the toilet, Replaced it, & closed the order. i had to call them again to find out why the raw sewage hadn’t been cleaned up and fixed. At that point, even the property manager came out and took pictures of the mess. I was told that someone would be out...
